Delhi Public School, Gaya is looking for a Talented and enthusiastic Music Teacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach students music theory, notation, rhythm, and composition
• Provide instruction in singing (vocal) or musical instruments (e.g., piano, guitar, violin)
• Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to different skill levels
• Prepare students for performances, recitals, and exams
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Organize school concerts, choirs, or bands
• Encourage creativity and appreciation of different music styles and cultures
• Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of music theory and practice
• Ability to play one or more instruments or teach vocals
• Good communication and teaching skills
• Patience and adaptability with students of different ages
• Creativity and enthusiasm for music
• Organizational and time-management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Music, Music Education, or a related field
• Certification in teaching (varies by country or institution)
• Practical experience in performing or teaching music is often preferred
